Penny's dept. Is bomb.
Has so much good stuff on sale, wow. For kicking it upper rank stuff. Nice suits, seeaters the cool is coming, fall should be here.   Check out the tops, pants galore!!  Good customer service. Lines were long they have good system. Good overall experience.

Went to Penney today for a little shopping and i came apond some very rude cashiers at checkout.I wanted to know why is only one registar out when there is aline waiting and one of the cashiers respond that policy is only one cashier is needed now that doesn't make sence at all what happened to costumer service??possibilty i wil shop elsewhere one unhappy shopper😢

Today I went to jcpenny in Downey ca.  I walked around for an hour and finally found a shirt and a pair of jeans. They only have one cashier open on the bottom floor and one cashier open on the top floor. There was like 25 people in a line and I said it is not worth the wait. They have a lot of things half off it looks like the stores closing they're not utilizing all their dressing rooms. I will also never use my JCPenney card there again. The last time my mother used her card somebody charged $6,000 worth of jewelry at two different JCPenney's. I'm not going back.

I love everything about jcpenny  n great sales! except!  That  only a few registers are open n they are big lines! N I always end up putting things. Back! It's disappointing!
