One star for the bad sevice at the shoe department. Sales associate  Maggie Moreno was rude and took a while to give me my shoes. She wouldn't give them to me until the person who had also ordered a pair came to get hers. I was right in front of her and still wouldn't budge. I didn't even try the shoes on and left them on the shoe stand. Thanks for saving me $ with your petty attitude. :-)

No one asked you if they can help you that's the last time I'm going into that store" I thought it would give it a chance again" but doesn't do no good!!!  I'll just stick to the Beverly Center or Century City

Always long lines in woman's clothing. No matter what time of day. No one likes to wait in a line.
