Super nice sales associates. Checked out in two separate departments because I found more things I wanted on the way out. The line was long but help came very quickly. Not just one person but three came to the rescue.  The only reason I can't give this store five stars is they don't have a cosmetics department. We really need a jcp Sephora in this town.

I was rudely fired from JCP at the Carolina Mall two weeks ago. I had previously worked at JCP in Wilson, NC many years prior to working in Concord, and management there was far more kind and understanding! 
Steve, the hiring manager who fired me said, "WE TRAINED YOU!!" Well, yes you did, on a defective computer! Another recent hire and I were trained on a computer whose screen would freeze endlessly, and whose picture didn't correspond with the audio at all. "You can work with it," another manager said.
When Steve decided to let me go, I had a nose bleed (I bleed when I get heated up/nervous), and so I went to the rest room to control my bleeding. However, Steve sent Crystal (supervisor) to the rest room to tell me to get out. I told her I had a nose bleed, but they refused to wait for my bleeding to stop, and told me to clean my locker and turn in my associate discount card now, nearing kicking me out of the doors! Gracious, what was the rush?! They weren't even decent enough to allow me to control my bleeding! 
So I walked with a nose bleed to my vehicle. "Make sure she doesn't leave the premises with that discount card," Steve told the loss prevention employee, who walked with me to my car where I had my associate discount card, which wasn't necessary at all! I have a clean record and have worked for many employers! They didn't have to treat their former employee as a theft!

Worst customer service ever at JCPenney. Went there to pick up my order. Some young employee called somebody I guess from the storage and I was told to wait till they bring it. The same employee went somewhere and I just wandered around for a while. After 20 minutes I spotted him and approached him asking for how longer I should wait. His attitude was completely unprofessional and offensive. He just said - I don't know. They can not find your order. There was no apology, no explanation just nothing. I asked for the manager, he called him and I kept waiting for another 10 minutes. Manager never showed up and I left. I've been working in sales and retail for my whole life and never experienced something like that. Horrible, disrespectful and absolutely unprofessional.

Omg i love this salon and the two girls here!!! We came on Saturday night! This is my permanent hair place and only my girls here will touch my hair ever!!!! Thank you ladies!!! Your spectacular xoxoxoxo
