I went to pick up an online order. There are no signs telling u where to go. I had to ask several associates. The pick up area is somewhat hidden all the way in the back of the store. U are back there with no employees. There's a computer touch screen with directions. After signing in with order number, your name pops up on a tv screen and u sit and wait to be serviced. I was serviced after a minute or two but there was a gentleman who was there 5 minutes longer.

We eat here as often as possible.  Great good, clean and very nice people.  Love it!

Had an enjoyable sales person today named Andrew.  He was so helpful and nice.  Kudos to Andrew at Sears in Carolina mall.

I visited Sears today and I was very pleased with their service. The employees were very helpful. Overall if you are in the market for appliances then I recommend you come shop at Sears.
