After traveling to at least three JCPenney stores and finally locating the homecoming dress my daughter wanted we could get home where it's been safely sitting in the closet and even had it altered because it didn't fit since it was the only one left only to discover when getting ready for homecoming that the sensor is still on the dress what is the point of a sensor if it doesn't even work this is completely ridiculous and unprofessional if you're going to have sensors on your clothes that have the decency to take them off after somebody spend a lot of money on them

I like JCPenny's... They just have high prices on things that I see in another store for low price. I haven't experienced anything bad about this place, it's all been good....

Great customer service. Needed to exchange a in store pickup item for a blemish and they were very understanding. The manager also saw my kids using Heelies and he complimented them on it.

This JCP needs a bigger womens section. I've shopped at other JCP stores in other states and the womens section at those stores offer many more brands to choose from.

Horrible experience with furniture. I have had the worst experience with their customer service as well as delivery. I had purchased a dining room set which had damages to the table as well as chairs. The chairs were severely wobbly and even with carpet or foot protectors, they continued to be quite wobbly. It took >1month to be able to schedule an appointment, because their repair center technicians are with another company. The repair technician was able to fix the table; however the chairs were unable to be corrected. He recommended replacement of the chairs. I waited a week to receive the call to discuss the exchange, but no call. When I called customer service, I was received with attitude and unprofessionalism. They are sending the chair exchanges, but stated again it will take about a month to get a call from the factory to get the exchange. Not only that, the delivery service is also with another company; thus, delivery also takes another month. Since it is a separate company, JCPenney is unwilling to remedy any issues with delivery. I would recommend not purchasing furniture from JCPenney. If there are ever any issues, due to the incompetence of their delivery service, or the unprofessionalism of their customer service, it is not worth the headache.
