prices high, bought shoes that were sent to the house, put orthotics in and lost dansko insoles, would not take shoes back, so I'm out $120 for shoes I cannot wear. More selection on line. Good place for information but don't buy there

I had a very unpleasant experience with customer service at the Walking Company. The store manager was very rude and condescending. Also I didn't find the employees to be very knowledgeable about the product. They store is understaffed. The prices are high.
