I was told that what I ordered would be shipped to the store in a week. 3 weeks later. I call them to see if it is there yet, they tell my that it was shipped to the store but they couldn’t find it. They didn’t make right by it they just refunded my money. Also now they are all out of stock so I can’t order  another one. So now 3 weeks later I don’t have it and it isn’t ordered and im not getting it and time soon. Thanks JCPennys.

This particular JC Penney has probably the best selection of items than most others we've been to.

If you shop wisely you can save a ton of money here.

I love their selection of J Farrar slim size suits and also the Arizona jeans.

I went in today to find 3  Craftsman work shirts XXL and found only one. But, the assoc #1156 was very sweet and helpful. She asked what size I needed and said she would mention it to the person that places the orders. I appreciate her offering to do that.

Horrible ! ! !
Went there, bought washer, dryer and a fridge and the date was set for 12/5/2017 ! Today they called me to let me know that they are delivering the Fridge only and that I have to wait TWO MORE WEEKS for my washer and dryer ?! TF is that ?! Are you kidding me ? Where am I supposed to wash and dry my clothes meanwhile ?! RETARDS ! No one called me to ask me if I can wait, or at least to let me know that there is a delay or something ?! HORRIBLE ! Don't go there , you will wait 1-2 months for you delivery !
