Nice selection. Fitting rooms need to be dusted and cleaned better. I couldn’t stop sneezing. Other than that the staff was really sweet and helpful.

I returned some stuff i bought online. The clerk said I could exchange some of the items since they were on clearance now (even when they weren't on clearance when I bought them the previous week) I exchanged 2 out of 4 of the items and the remaining balance was to be refunded to my account in 3-5 business days. Today is the 6th business day and no refund still for the remaining items. I checked my exchange receipt and there's no refund amount. I'm thinking she didn't do it correctly? I've called the store 4 times in the past 2 hours and Noone is answering(it's 6:14pm right now Thursday ). 
I gave them 2 stars cos the clerk was nice. But if you have a return items you got online, it's better to 
 Ship them back or return at a different store. They are not experienced in that.

I had an amazing experience shopping at Torrid. I was on my first shopping trip since coming out as a transgender woman. I went in and the associate I spoke with (I'm so sorry I can't remember your name but I promise I will be back) after she knew the context of me visiting she was beyond enthusiastic to help me. She asked me what kind of jeans I like and while me and a friend were browsing she was picking out clothes that would look nice together. She and the other employees made me feel so special and pretty in the clothes I was trying on.

I shop here enough that I find clothes and deals all the time. The employees are always friendly and amazing, the clothes are made with great material. Definitely will start buying regular priced clothes once I make more money. Love this store!
