We bought an Invicta watch and wanted to get some of the links removed. The lady who could do it was not available two times and when she was there she could not remove the last link so that it could fit me well. The reason not known why she could remove the 2 links but not the 3rd one and handed us a 10% discount slip and asked us to go to the watch repair shop in the mall. On going there they said they will charge $17 for removing 1 link. That was a $250 watch and we did not want to pay this as it's the responsibility of JCP. On going back to the customer care they said you need to come back and trying getting it done from the same lady who could not do it in the first place. On explaining the entire thing she said we need to speak to the some manager at the watch section who can help us. But she was on leave that day and we have to come back some other time. On calling twice to check for her we found out that she was not available so there was no point going. Now I have the watch for more than a month now but not able to wear it as it's still loose. May be it was a mistake buying from them!!

Solid JCPenney with a wide variety of merchandise and great sales. Conveniently attached to the mall with easy parking. This place is a staple for when I'm clothing shopping.

We were out to buy 2 twin XL mattresses.  A gentleman by he name of Jeff help us with all the details.  However, we needed to return home and make sure that the frames would accommodate the mattresses.  Jeff was not there the following day, but said we should see his associate for all the discounts and free shipping.  The associate rang us up quickly and set the delivery date for us. The following day Jeff called us back to tell us we were not to be charged the shipping and was taking care of the refund for us.  Apparently, the associate overlooked the discount.  I think it was TRULY nice of Jeff to catch this for us and then to take the time to call us & take care of the entire refund.  Job well done Jeff!!!
