They should just put up the 'going out of business sign' already. Customer service has become atrocious and I don't think the folks at Sears really care. I ordered an elliptical and paid $70 extra for assembly. My wife was the only one home at the time of delivery so I didn't get a chance to supervise. When I saw their handiwork I was appalled. Parts were put on crooked (I could tell the moment I looked at it as the stem for the main console was at an angle), bolts and screws only driven half way in. I could've seriously hurt myself if I hadn't paid attention and used this machine. I had another crew sent to take a look and fix it; they confirmed it was put together wrong and said they would have to order a new elliptical. Thing was, this second crew didn't bother to do a darn thing. I called after a few days and found out they didn't put in a replacement order, or put notes in the system about the defects they observed....NOTHING. Finally, I had to make yet another appointment, I just had them haul away their poorly built POS, and give me a new one in box which I went ahead and built MYSELF. Now it works like a dream. But paying extra for assembly was supposed to SAVE time...all it did was give me a massive headache.

Had an issue with patio furniture but after some back and forth with store manager, we came to an acceptable resolution. Unfortunately I was not able to get the set I paid for because of an incomplete delivery but the store manager worked with me to make up for it as much as he possibly could.

worst customer service ever. I needed a tool and it required assistance from a store rep. I go to the check out line where 3 employees were standing around, 1 was crying about her break, another was on her phone, and the other, a guy standing looking dumb at a blank piece of paper...literally. when I asked for help they said they would get someone. I went back to the aisle I needed help in and stood an watched them for about a minute, still no help. I went back to the check out line this time with a raised voice to make sure I got all their attention and said I need help getting a tool. all three looked at each other and finally the one on her phone came over. this is where it gets hilarious...she poked at the magnet clip and said I don't know how to take this off so she went to the guy he came over with the magnet to unlock it and passed the tool to the phone girl who even had no idea how to work the register, had to go to another register didnt tell me anything about the price or any information just was quick to go back to her phone once finished. I wish I would have gotten their names worst 3 employees ever and I thought I seen stupidity at its finest at Walmart. step it up sears hire people who actually know how to do their jobs and take pride in it.

Bathroom is atrocious!! No toilet paper, no soap and completely filthy!! Never again!!
