The customer service was decent and fine. What I'm complaining about is the older man with a pony tail in the fitting rooms by the men's suits. My brother who is under 16 was going into a dressing room, I was following to stand outside the door when he changed so I could review his outfit and see if it fit well instead of him having to come outside and show everyone how it looks (he has social anxiety). We walked and were rudely greeted by the man who was in there because I walked in with my brother. And as I agreed to leave after he flipped out on me he still continued to run his mouth until I was gone. Not to mention the smell was awful in the dressing rooms which I am assuming we're coming from him because he didn't seem hygienic. I have been in many Macy's stores WHERE I WAS ALLOWED to go in with my younger brother and if they preferred me not to they politely asked me to leave. I don't think a man with an attitude like him should work in the suit department when I am willing to pay a lot of money for a suit in my opinion.

The sales people- when you can find them- are very nice and helpful, but you often have to hunt for one. There's way too much crappy merch to wade through to get to any decent, realistically priced clothes. Each department blasts its own "music" to the point where it all runs together in a cacophony and makes you feel as though you're being subjected to some extreme interrogation procedure. WiFi is theoretically available, but seems to be useful only to connect to their in-house app. Bah! Makes me really miss Horne's and Kauffman's.

Sales Clerks were “Ok” but there was this Women who as soon as I pasted her started staring at me. I’m assuming so did this because I’m younger she then proceeded to follow me throughout the store until I just left. Never got a Glimpse of her name tag.

My fiancé and I are working with Andre for our wedding registry at Ross Park Mall Macy's. We have had such great experiences! He is very personable and also knowledgeable about the different products there and really helped us put together a great registry to make sure everything is matching and just how we want it.
