I would highly recommend not purchasing from Macy’s. Everything is overpriced, you have to pay $170 to get your furniture delivered to your residence and the return process is a joke. The only reason they are getting 3 stars instead of one is because of the last moving crew they sent to our house to recover the broken bench and table set. Justin, John, and Marlin were fantastic and very pleasant!! Super fast and efficient workers but I will never suggest buying here. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere!

The cosmetics lady who helped me was very nice but.... I'm not sure why the cosmetics ladies are now so frequently opening and extending lipsticks to verify the color.  I'm sure most people don't pay attention but cosmetics have a shelf life that is loosely based on when they are opened.  If they're opened in store, those expensive department store lipsticks are as good as used before purchase. The color can be read from the tube exterior or the box.  I'll be ordering straight from the manufacturers if this is the new sales protocol.

Very disappointed by my recent visit. I came to do some holiday shopping and while I had no trouble finding cuts socks and make-up, there were no gift cards. They had gift cards for Macy's but that's it. Next time I'll know to go to J.C. Penny's since they have everything Macy's has but also offer a nice selection of gift cards. I just want to get my shopping done, I don't want to have to go to multiple stores for such a short list of items.

Thank you Lisa for your preservation and determination to provide a great check out experience. My roommate and I were in early Monday to purchase vacation clothes for her to go to Vegas. She has a charge account but never received a card to use for it, but upon inquiring Lisa said yes we could use her ID and social to purchase the items. It wasn’t working but Lisa wasn’t going to take no for an answer, she called customer service and got moved the transaction along smoothly. While my roommate was on the phone she chatted with me about the holidays and my family. She was a joy to work with and a pleasure to meet. I hope to see her again soon and hope that others have a pleasent experience with Lisa as we did. Thank you and I hope that life is as fullfilling and meaningful as you made my shopping experience. :)

We are so grateful to this location. My brothers wedding was in New Albany, IN and my grandmother lives in northwest Indiana, near Chicago. She purchased a dress at the Hobart, Indiana location to wear. THEY LEFT THE SECURITY TAGS ON!!!  We had less than 2 hours before the wedding to figure out what to do. We called your location which was nearest to us and even though out receipt was 4 hours north, we were able to bring her dress in and get the tag removed! A wonderful lady working in women's athletics, around 315pm on September 23,  took the dress and hurried to a register to remove the tag and get us back on our way. Thank you so much for helping us out in our debacle.
