Jason is an A-class lawyer. I've worked with him for over 5 years at this point and from day 1 till now, he hasn't treated me any differently. Well let me begin by saying Jason was my husband second lawyer. The first lawyer was only interested in money and I mean hourly money for promises that never fell through. Jason was referred to me by a lawyer in Philadelphia, I reached out to him via telephone as I was 300 miles away. He called, he heard my husband statement and immediately stated he would take his case. Of course there was a fee but he also provided a payment arrangement that worked for all of us. My husband case wasn't small, in fact it was a drug case, not your normal DUI Penn State college student case. Jason haven't had before and was willing to attack it. He promised to win my husband case. After losing trial and willing the case in Appellate court. We thought we'd won but suddenly the DA decided to Appeal the decision. So here comes Supreme Court and months of waiting for an outcome of dismissal. Jason won!!! Every email, every conversation Jason assured me that we'd win...If your looking for a lawyer Jason Dunkle is it! Research, Applying the Law & Confidence is what he provided and we are proud to say. Hire Jason he he will deliver.

Highly recommend! I dealt with Mr. Jason Dunkle a few years back. Unlike another lawyer I had consulted, Jason was VERY RESPONSIVE and helpful not just before I paid him (many lawyers are responsive before they get paid), but even after I paid him. You could tell by speaking to him that he feels and understands what you are going through and that he wants to do anything in his power to help you. Looking back I realize that I shouldn't have even bothered with the other consultation. Jason was the right guy for the job. In fact, I am so pleased with his efforts that I recommended him to all of my friends at Penn State. If all attorneys were like Mr. Dunkle there would be less corruption and justice wouldn't be so flawed. He is the reason I am where I am today.

Amazing attorney. He made sure that I was able to get the outcome that I needed. We worked together on this case for 2 years and he stayed in budget and on top of my case. He made me feel as if I was his most important client.

Words can't even describe how thankful I am that i found Jason for the defense of my DUI charge. I was facing a 3rd and a year in jail and through his knowledge of the laws got it to be my 1st and only 3 days in jail. 3 and a half years later and finally returning to a normal life, i needed help in getting my license back because the dmv "misplaced" it. While he didn't need to even help at all at this point, one conversation with Jason and my license was in the mail the next day. He really made a difference in the outcome of my situation as a whole and I am forever grateful.
