Story

At the Law Offices of Lance T. Marshall, we are set apart by our skill and experience in the legal system. Lance T. Marshall has worked in every aspect of the criminal justice system, spending time as a judicial law clerk in Centre County and a public defender in Chester County. He worked for 10 years as a Centre County prosecutor. In 2009, he returned to criminal defense and family law, opening his private law practice to help people in State College and surrounding communities.

We have experience defending against every type of crime and experience with almost every aspect of family and divorce cases. Let us put our veteran experience to work for you. So let me just say this!!!! LANCE T MARSHALL  is by far the best lawyer in this world. He has won me two cases. My x husband had an affair and abandoned  our daughter, tried to ruin my life in a custody /support case.Lance is super intelligent and got my daughter's private school incorporated  in the support order. I Left the court room with more money and felt  like I was on top of the world. He cares about my case and I  felt justice was served. He also won me  a harassment charge that my x husband  and mistress tried to conspire against me.  I would highly recommend  this man to anyone. I'm a single mom of two kids, barely making it and He was very kind and worked with me. I should also add he dresses the part . His  professionalism  is outstanding.  I'm a fashion girl  and he looked sharp and was ready to throw the opponent  to the wolves. You want a highly motivated lawyer who is down to earth and doesn't care just about money? Than  go see lance. Thank you LANCE for everything you did for me and my girls.  I'm forever appreciative  for your dedication.

My name is Sandy and I can not thank Mr Marshall enough for all that he did in representing my daughter, not only was he responsive to our needs he was also very honest and soft spoken. When the Judge tells your lawyer in court "Well done Mr Marshall" you know just how good this lawyer is. I highly recommend Mr Marshall.

Would give more stars if I could.  Always helpful, answers any questions, and is passionate about the cases. Walked away with the impossible being done and I cannot thank him enough!!! Highly recommended

I can't rate Attorney Marshall high enough. Years ago I called him at the 11th hour and he truly help alter a dramatic change in my life. He was responsive, polite and honest during the whole process. He made sure a deal was done and ensured I still had a future. Look no further for top notch defense.
