Jeanne was very attentive from the first day I called her studio to my wedding day (12/29/17). I was able to travel to Asheville so she could do a trial run on my hair (we decided to pull my hair back). In addition to my hair, she also accommodated my mom, sisters, step-daughter, and niece the day of the wedding. We were pleased with our hair...I was definitely a happy bride. I'll have the professional pictures in a few weeks, but am attaching a side view of my hair.

This is such a talented and professional group. I was so happy with my makeup. I usually don't wear makeup so this part of planning a wedding gave me stress. Jeanne was so kind and kept in touch with me throughout my planning and the artist was amazing. I felt so beautiful without feeling like I had pounds of makeup on! Thank you!

Jeanne's Hair and Makeup made my wedding day one that is blemished and will be for the rest of my life. We got married at Asheville's Biltmore Estate. From the very beginning, Jeanne seemed confused and scatterbrained about pricing, etc, but I had read that on other reviews & felt I could deal with that. So many good reviews out there & I will tell you partly why. For every good review, Jeanne's will give a gift card to Ulta. Almost immediately after my event, she was texting me & emailing me asking for a review. I did a hair trial but not a makeup trial as I was on somewhat of a budget. My mother passed away a few months before my wedding, & it was an emotional time for me, and the wedding was meant to be a real highlight. Everything went well except for my photos will now memorialize the awful job on my hair and makeup. During my hair trial & on the way home, my hair was falling down in about 2 hours. I voiced my concern to Alisha, my stylist, and she assured me that she would take care of it on the day of. Honestly I wish I had done my own hair and makeup. She arrived & I had requested a fairly simple but elegant updo because my dress had a bolero jacket. I also requested natural looking makeup, and for my freckles to show through. As you can see, my face came out white as a ghost - in EVERY photo - & I had a tan! My hair was falling down by time of the ceremony. My eyelashes came off midway through the wedding. My bridesmaid makeup was awful and hair ended up in a ponytail! She had no clue what to do with my bangs even though she is supposed to be a professional. The regular pic I posted is my own hair/makeup with NO FILTER. so you can see what I look like. My photos don't even look like me. Every time I see my photos I cry, I have had to pay someone to Photoshop them. When I contacted her she apologized, and just asked me to not leave her a bad review.  GO ELSEWHERE, please! I don't want anyone else feeling like I do now. Your photos should be your happy place. See below. One pic is my wedding and you will see my horrible ghost white face, the other is my own hair and makeup with NO filter. Trust me. Go elsewhere.

Jeanne's team, Sarah and Amber, were amazing! They helped with not only our hair but gave advice for my bridesmaid' s makeup. They were very accommodating with my mother in law and her skin sensitivity. They were great to work with and did beautiful work!

Jeane is absolutely amazing,  her makeup is flawlessly beautiful & her bridal hair is just gorgeous!!! Jeane is so kind and makes her Bride and bridal party feel so special on the their wedding day! Look no further Jeanes Hair & makeup is the right choice for your special day!
