This was my first experience with a barber shop. Before I had always gone to a local salon or stylist that didn't specialize in men's haircuts. This was by far the best haircut I have ever gotten. Jamie cut my hair and did an amazing job. I cannot express how excited I was leaving the place to be very proud of the cut I had just gotten. I am Knoxville, TN, and after my experience here with Asheville Barber and Beard, its safe to say that I will be driving 3 hours for my haircut from now on!

Walked in. Was never greeted. Put my name on the list. Was never acknowledged. Waited two hours. Was never told how long the wait might be. One barber finished his client, gave me the 'just a minute' hand signal and then he left. Waited another fifteen minutes. Another barber assured me it would be soon. It wasn't soon it was never. Walked out. More terrible customer service from this half-assed hillbilly town.

Dopest beard trim I've ever had.  Hard to find someone that cares as much about what they do as these guys.  I will be going back for all my beard triming needs.  They got that freshy fresh thing going on.

Waited two hours and watched employees leave for the day without being acknowledged.  Normally I don't pay attention the the one star reviews, but I wish I had. Went to the mall afterwards, it took 15 mins, about what I expect from Asheville. Don't take walk ins if you're gonna leave people sit there, just be appointment only, you'll get more people like me leaving bad reviews for a service I didn't even get.

So I'm sitting across the street in my car and this red headed guy comes outside and starts cussing and going off about a guy stealing something.  Lmao no way for a business employee to be acting.  Don't be acting like a child in front of a business
