Went to the emergency room at 2:00 am for treatment of a dog bite. They saw me immediately and the nurse and doctor were very nice and professional. They took as much time as necessary explaining things and answering any questions.

My son had surgery at JMH this morning.  All of the staff treated us extremely well.  The nurses in day surgery checked on me while I was waiting.  His OR nurse called a couple of times to let me know how it was going and  I spoke with the surgeon three times.

Took my 5 year in for 105 fever. The doctor herself was really kind and amazing. The other staff were just plain horrible. One was a complete biatch. Another acted as if it were a complete inconvenience to get my daughter a cup of water. I suggest going somewhere else for better patient care. 

Also, I got a follow up call 2 days after and the lady asked if I had any problems, which I did because my daughter having the flu was having problems keeping her prescribed medication down and she told me she would contact a nurse to get back in touch with me. Never did. 

Bad experience except we had a nice doctor.

I took my wife to Jefferson memorial hospital  for an endoscopy.  Once a week Dr. Hadek visits this hospital and does endoscopy.  The hospital had lined up 20 people that day!!  I felt we were just a number. After a quick endoscopy, he  visited us and give a brief description of what was going on. I felt he was in a rush and did not want to wait and answer our concerns and questions. This is a very poor service from the doctor and the hospital. What kind of hospital invites a doctor to do 20 endoscopies in a day?

On May 25th, 2017 I was taken to the ER for chest pains. I was taken back and  seen as soon as I got there and the Nurses and Doctor was very professional, nice and attentive. They made me feel at ease right away. I was admitted and the chest pain was a blood clot in my lung.  I was there over night and released at 6pm the next day.  I had excellent care and My daughter spent the whole time with me and was treated great too.  Thank you to everyone that took care of me. You made me very comfortable
