Jennifer Tremaine is extremely helpful and professional. I bought my first home with her a few years back. This year, I sold that home and bought a new home and Jennifer helped me throughout the entire process. During a very stressful time in my personal life she was able to make the transactions smooth and stress free. She is always willing to help and does a great job at getting things done quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend using her to buy or sell your home.

Jennifer T is amazing and very good at what she does. I did my reviews when looking for a realtor and Jennifer was my first and last call. She sold her her self very well and I had the feeling that said...choose Jen. We were so happy that we did. Jen was so informative, took all our calls, texts and emails anytime of the day or nite. She came up with an amazing game plan and stuck with it until the end. My wife had some illnesses and surgeries and Jen was there for us the entire time, she even put the the house on hold while my wife recovered. She was always there. That's the most important part of choosing Jennifer, she will always be there and she will put all your worries to rest. The house went up for sale at the beginning of August and by the September 1rst we had an offer and a month after that they closed on the house. I can stress how important it is to choose someone who is not only great at their job but who is always looking out for your best interest, a person who has your back and makes you feel like family!!!

My husband and I bought a house before selling one, thinking the one we left would sell quickly. Two agents, thousands in upgrades, and over a year later we were still making two payments and maintaining two homes. Saying we were stressed is an understatement.  We were really at the breaking point. Jennifer was highly recommended to us by neighbors. Jennifer came to meet us on a weekend, dropping her plans within hours of my first call. She was straight forward and honest, she gave us great pointers, and she got the seriousness of our situation right away. She has the industry relationships, experience and marketing tools to drive as many potential buyers as possible to your home, even to a house that had previously sat on the market for over a year. The communication was excellent, she replied to every call and text within an hour or less. Our house sold in a matter of weeks for full asking price. We couldn't be more pleased with the experience!

I had never purchased a home before, but when the recession hit, I had an opportunity to bid on a foreclosed condo in Grand Blanc. I was uncomfortable spending that kind of money. It needed work. But Jennifer Tremaine guided me through the entire process, answered every question, and made the purchase painless. She let me see the potential of the property through her eyes. In retrospect, I'm glad I took her advice, and would use her again.
