We live in another state and were selling a home that was part of an estate. After thoroughly researching area realtors online, we contacted Jennifer Tremaine. We were only going to be in town one day and she rearranged her schedule in order to meet with us. She was professional, confident and highly motivated. We instinctively hired her on the spot and it was a GREAT decision! Our home had several showings and sold during the first week with a full-price offer. She kept us apprised of everything that was happening and was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had. If we have any further real estate dealings in the area, we will definitely work with Jennifer Tremaine again!

We had a choice of Realtors for our $300k home and chose Jennifer Tremaine as she presented herself professionally and had an impressive marketing plan.  We certainly made the right decision! Jennifer Tremaine took care of every detail from start to finish and even coordinated the timing of our closing so that we did not have to take out a loan for our new house. The photos of our home were outstanding and her communication with us was exemplary. If I had it to do over I would not have changed one thing, including my choice to use Tremaine Real Living Real Estate.

Jennifer Tremaine is very professional and experienced.  She walked me through the entire process and communicated each step and what to expect in selling my home.  She is very personable and pleasant to work with.  A statement Jennifer made to me when I first met her, "I sell all my homes!"  I put my faith and trust in her and she worked very hard to make it happen!  Thank you Jennifer!

We met Cassandra Brown in August, 2013 when she introduced herself to us as a realtor.  
From the moment we selected Cassandra she was very professional,  knowledgeable and helpful.

She eliminated all doubts and concerns that we had about 'how to list and market the sale of a house'. She offered guidance and assistance when we needed them by suggesting the route we should take; however, she was very considerate of our wishes; never imposed her ideas on us. 

She was very, very attentative to our situation (we moved 1500 miles away immediately after engaging Mrs. Brown's services).  She kept us informed regarding the offers as well as the physical condition of the property.  She made us feel that our property was the only property she was handling at that time.

We are so very pleased with the service rendered by Cassandra Brown.
