This place has a better selection then Ashley's. If you like generic styles with overpriced sales good here. Went here hoping they had a better selection then Jerome's. They did not, everything is the same style. A couple modern and trendy, just wish they had more. Go to Living spaces after you come here, they have a great selection. Modern,retro, trendy styles with decent prices. 💺👨‍💻📳📺🛒💸🤑💲💵🙊

We were greeted immediately when we entered by a nice sales woman named Elizabeth. She showed us around the store showing us specifically what we were looking for, an ottoman to add to our sofa seating so we can lounge and watch TV comfortably. It's nice to have a coffee table in front of the couch so food, beverages, entertainment and a Bible are within arms reach, but not so great for all-out lounge sessions in front of the TV. She showed us a variety of fairly priced pieces and 1 item which was on clearance, I think the section of the store was called Jerry's Specials or Jerry's something or other but they had an area sectioned off in the back corner of the store. It was pretty cool but if they added some diverse lighting and upped the visuals it would be a fun, memorable, different experience within an already reasonable store. The sales lady was really nice, attentive, and lead the way smoothly and efficiently. Two thumbs up for her she was great. When we go back we'll definitely work with her. All in all it's a good store with adequate quality furniture, a few upscale pieces, and pretty much something for everyone. Good selection of couches and lounge chairs.

Jerome’s in Anaheim is a great place to purchase furniture. They have a great selection and sales people are nice and not too pushy. We have bought movie theatre chairs there, furniture, and just recently purchased a new mattress and bed. Our first/initial mattress I bought from them was too firm and they had a great return policy and I was able to replace it and get a less firm mattress from them in little time. A little hint- if searching for a new mattress- the bed mattresses in the showroom are less firm than the same type of one you are delivered. This is because the show room mattresses are laid on/tested more from customers. I know that now. Happy customer, thank you

My wife and I went to the store to look for a new complete bedroom set and mattress set. I had a sales girl named Rose approach us and we told her what we were looking for. She showed us a couple of sets and then she told us to just go look around by ourselves. I was hoping for more direction but it seemed like she didn't have time for us. So my wife and I continued on looking by ourselves. Then we went into the mattress area looking for a mattress. We were in there for roughly a half hour. We were never approached by any sales person for some help. There was a older gentleman in the area but he was on the phone a majority of the time we were in the area. When he got off the phone he never came to help us. Then I told my wife to Let's just go. We walked towards the front of the store and we noticed a bedroom set that we liked. So we stayed there a few minutes to look at it and then finally we were approached by a sales person of the name of Christopher. He was very nice and courteous to us and helped us for a moment but he had other customers approaching him. So he took my phone number down. At this point my wife and I were absolutely done. I am sorry to say that we went to Mathis brothers and are purchasing a new bedroom set and mattress set from there. To be very honest I don't think I will ever go back to Jerome's. And I will not recommend Jerome's to my friends or family. Dion Lambert

I visited Jerome’s furniture to look for a new couch and I am hooked. I love the layout of the store, the furniture, and the prices. Also the sales associates are very friendly and informative. During my visit Christopher greeted me as I entered the store. He gave me space to look through the store on my own after his initial greeting, but was available for any questions I had and happy to assist. By the end of my visit he had helped me find the perfect couch for my style and my budget. I am looking forward to returning to Jerome’s for all future furniture needs.
