From the second I walked in, Whitey took the time to walk me around the store and show me my options. He was courteous, professional, patient and reminded me that chivalry still exist in the world. He help me pick out the perfect guest room bedroom set for my new house. I couldn't be more pleased with their service. I was able to purchase it all and have it delivered the very next day. I can't wait. Thank you for making my first experience at Jerome's the best EVER!! I will definitely be back!!!

Great prices and tons of options. Went with my SO to find a couch for our first apartment together, they were able to provide us with a tape measure (which we'd forgotten to bring). They provide sizes already, but due to all the different options, it helped to simply measure prospective styles rather than doing all the math. All the styles of course made it even better, able to customize colors, included pillows, and number of seats. We were helped by Roxy who was incredible. She knew when to give us space to browse but seemed to always show up just in time to answer our questions. Excellent service, prices and quality. Can't wait for our new couch to be delivered!

Holly was super nice and informative. She patiently answered our questions, took us to the items we wanted to look at, made some suggestions, but never pressured us or made us feel like she was hovering. She always gave us space but was right there to answer questions. We had gone to a bunch of different furniture places but loved Jerome's. Great selection and awesome prices. Will definitely shop there from now on!!!

I had a hard time finding furniture that didn't cost a fortune or was super cheap. It seemed like there was nothing in the middle, then a sales guy at another store actually referred me here and boy am I glad he did! I got a really nice leather sofa with a bed and delivery for less than $1,000. The best part is everybody thinks its a super expensive couch! Finally a place that has good quality furniture for a good price.

went shopping for a sofa for my living room with a $500 budget and no tolerance for pressure sales. Entered the store and was greeted by Whitey who simply asked what I was looking for and steered me in the right direction. No pressure, no hanging around. He showed up a few times while I was looking, to see how I was doing, but again...no pressure. When I had questions, he answered them promptly. He had a good sense of humor and was clearly proud to be associated with Jerome's. I eventually found a sofa that fit my criteria and my budget so it was easy to pull the trigger and buy it! Thanks to Whitey for being so agreeable and helpful. Looking forward to delivery and set up of my new sofa!
