They replaced the motor in my car, and never adjusted the timing. When I had them run a diagnostic test they said it was my catalyst converter, but less than a week later I was without a car completely. I had my local autozone run a diagnostic and they printed the codes. They stated my timing was off and because of that i needed to replace the entire timing kit. When I confronted Jerry about this he stated “I had noting to do with the timing, you don’t touch that when replacing a motor”. Any Mechanic in the world will tell you anytime you mess with a motor in a vehicle, you adjust the timing accordingly. When I told them that he started yelling at me and eventually said “if you don’t like it take your car elsewhere” and hung up on me. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, and their mechanic knowledge is very incorrect and they should probably actually go to school for it. Highly recommend you take your cars and trucks elsewhere.

They take great care of our Fleet of diesel pickups. Great prompt service, friendly staff, very knowledgeable. If they don't know the right after they know the people that do. Highly recommend these guys they do a fantastic job.

This is the best mechanic shop, they are loyal and honest and gives not only the car\truck\suv attention and respect but they do with there customers as well and really good prices. I will always recommend this shop to everyone.

I'd give Jerry Bergeman & Sons ten stars if that were possible. Once I found them, I never went back to another repair shop. They keep my seasoned vehicles going through all sorts of Idaho weather and terrain. Reliability is what I need from vehicles and auto repair, and Jerry Bergeman & Sons provides that consistently.

These guys do a great job maintaining and repairing our vehicles. I've had them do maintenance, major repairs, and body work on 10 or so vehicles, happy with them every time.
