I came in for a semi-emergency situation and this was my first visit. I think Dr. Floyd did great. He was friendly/positive. I would 100% recommend Dr. Floyd to anyone. His admin staff was nice too and gave me all the paperwork to pre-fillout to be a walk-in later in the afternoon. (And it was a fair amount of paperwork...) With all that said, (being semi-emergency) I arrived at 6am and their office doesn't post their hours viewable to the public. Also their voicemail system is broken. The generic website doesn't list hours either. When they did open (7:35ish), there was no indication that they were ready and myself along with their other morning patients were left waiting in our cars (until one lady just walked right in!). So, to fix all criticisms above, I feel that they should: 1. Fix that voicemail system! It should list the hours of operation and also what times you accept walk-ins. 2. If you want to take things a step further, setup your intake forms as fillable PDF form via a secure website. They probably already have access to something like this through their Saint Francis affiliation. Then when the new patient arrives, it is printed and they sign. But overall a very positive experience! (Fix the after hours message! :-) )

Dr. Floyd and Dr. Nazario are very friendly and helpful to me and my kids. My family has been patients of Dr. Floyd for over 18 years! We love them all!

To start off they scheduled my appointment two weeks out for an illness. The exterior looked similar to a run down convenience store. The girl at the front charged my card for the wrong amount for my copay and when giving the change she miscalculated again. I waited in the front for an hour. The office didn't appear to be busy. I finally get to the examination room and there was no sink. Is that even legal? The trash can was overflowing with trash in the floor at 10 am. The room stank and I had to ask the nurse to spray air freshener. Why didn't they spray before I came in? They took my blood pressure 4 times. I overheard the doctor and nurses making "retarded" jokes. I didn't even see the doctor. I waited for two hours total before I just walked out. I can't believe I waited that long. I am shocked this place is in business.

Dr Floyd has always taken the time with me and has been very professional and caring. They are now in a new office with another Dr and that has really cut the waiting time down to a minimum!
