My husband and I are both patients of Ms. Rosemary and have been for two years. We love her and go to her for all of our general health issues. She takes time to discuss your problems in detail and is truly concerned about getting to the root of the issue. She has never rushed us or failed to fully explain everything in language we can understand. You don't feel rushed in and rushed out. I did have to wait a little long on two occasions but I understand that sometimes a patient can end up taking much longer than anticipated which throws things behind, but she doesn't rush me so I don't expect her to rush other folks either. I would highly recommend Ms. Rosemary if you are in need of a healthcare provider.

I love Rosemary Jacobs! She is a very caring, loving, wonderful NP and person in general. I have been going to her since she opened the Millington office and she is just the best ever. I HIGHLY recommend her and I love the ladies in her office Rianna and Cheryl - they are wonderful!

Horrible experience. Tried to simply tell her my symptoms and she started snapping at me that the insurance only covers one thing per visit and I should have told the front desk my symptoms. The problem stemmed from the fact that I was giving the nurse all of the necessary information and she interrupted the nurse while I was giving symptoms. Therefore, I never gave all my answers to the nurse. I was simply letting her know all of the meds I needed refilled and she completely lost it. I was thrown out of her office with no refills and no co payment refunded. Horrible, horrible service. Also, be prepared for an hour to two hour wait in the lobby. Then, an additional hour once you get to your room. She is an embarrassment to the medical profession.
