Just ate here for the first time. Got some egg foo young and a veggie dish. The veggies were well spiced, and the egg foo young was good. The prices are great, so I think I'll be coming back here.

These Asians are absolutely horrible!
First of all they barley speak a word of English. Then they are rude not friendly at all act like us Americans should understand their language when they have a difficult time communicating. 
 They don't use gloves when handling the food and saw the old man eating with his dirty hands scooping rice into his mouth while cooking at the same time. One of the other Asians who came to the counter from cooking too without gloves had nasty dirty nails. Yuck!
Then they got ours and another persons order wrong after waiting 40 minutes. Couldn't even eat the food! What a waste of time and money!

I used to love eating here as a regular 5+ years of going this store and the lexington park store... but the places have went downhill, the quality of your food has depleted. Serving soggy food like example sweet and sour chicken should have crunch, and my husband is annoyed cuz you guys have been undercooking his sesame chicken several times. It is not appealing to have undercooked food, your subs are generally messy, steak and cheese slopped together without a care, and I should be able to tell the difference in your ham and Turkey products. As far as sushi goes I haven't had any bad experiences with it so far. But sadly you guys lost faithful customers and we even didn't judge you for not having the best customer service because we knew most the employees were limited on English knowledge. We also forgave you guys for not offering us an alternative option for the shottily made food the last time... But we aren't going to be coming back.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. AND THE GIRL AT THE FRONT COUNTER IS VERY RUDE.

Just walked into Jerry's Bistro for dinner and as I walk to the counter the gentleman behind the register hawked  up and spit into a trash bag in the kitchen . I turned right around and left. It was absolutely disgusting.
