Other then having to fix my sandwhich from being made poorly (not fresh/cold) and going home to replace the soggy buns they gave me. This is a regular problem btw, my suggestion would be to toast the buns a bit or cut down on to many condiments. Sonic usually doesn't have problems with the drinks or dessert options. It's when you order the food from here they just slop things together and take a long time. I give credit to the workers however on customer service, they being better then when we had to deal with the manager, because they forgot to give me their regular discount on my drinks during the promotional time. The manager just tells me there isn't anything they can do to refund me back the money for the discount. But I had an employee who was able to fix this issue in the past when it happened. So really I have mixed feelings on this place. I don't go here unless my husband talks me into it. Because for some reason the service is inconsistent.

Food is pretty average, service isn't always fast, and today my custard had load of unmixed powder in the bottom of it. Unfortunately I didn't discover this until back at work. I took photos. The entire bottom half of the cup was a strange consistency because the custard hadn't been mixed properly. How they dished it and didn't realize the problem is a mystery to me. Had to throw half of it away.

We have been to this Sonic a few times with little satisfaction. The burgers are either over seasoned to just don't taste like the other Sonic's I've been to. There was one time where they unable to process credit cards, honestly who carries cash with them anymore. One thing for sure, this place will disappoint you if you've been to other Sonic's, and the service is slow.
