Called the store to find out when they closed and no one answered, looked online and couldn't find the hours either. Not really a big deal as I live extremely close and wanted a Hot N Ready pizza. It's a Saturday and I figured they would at least be open till 10PM. I drove over and parked at 9:57PM, saw the open sign and lights were on and several customers inside, walked up to the door and walked inside. After walking inside an employee told me that they were closed, I said it was not 10 yet and he said it didn't matter. I left promptly and I'm extremely dissatisfied with this level of service.

I've never gotten bad food from here. We know what to expect food wise and they always live up to that level. That being said their customer service is horrible. Long waits and orders made wrong are a given. It's close to home and I love their pizza and their prices so I've learned to deal with it but I admit it's very frustrating.

The food is good for the price but they always only have two people working and to get two hot n ready pizzas it takes about 15 min before you can even order them it takes another 10-15 for them to cook you order. I thought the point of hot n ready was the pizza is already to go you just pay and go home not sit and wait.

Love there pizza not one time over the last year have we been in. In the designated time has a pizza been hot and ready..seriously never ALWAYS have to wait... a poorly ran buisiness, they should not be able to advertise with the rest of group because its just lieing to the consumer repeatedly. Just like the subway footlong not actually being 12 inches lawsuit, this will be the next in the news, rightfully so advertise to drive customers in and dont hold up there end of the bargain.
