Love coming here. Great food and excellent customer service. Today there were approximately 8 to 10 in line, and the JM team was cruising through them. They are always positive.

Everyone there was nice. However, they got my order wrong. When I called they attempted to correct the issue but instead of just stating that they made an error they continued to insist that they were not wrong. Made me feel a little uncomfortable. In business especially food business they should stay with the time old adage "THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT"

It's a great location! They put a little extra meat on there compared to other locations. Parking lot is kinda weird. It gets busy but never anything they can't handle.

I didn't get a friendly vibe from one of the attendant. The other girl at least was helpful. Maybe the other one was new but she seemed like I annoyed her when I was asking her for different options. She needs to learn more about customer service.
