The service was good and the food was great. Some people might complain about the wait time, but at least I know my food is made from scratch and not under a heat lamp. Real soul food enthusiasts appreciate good cooking. Very clean restaurant with lovely people. I can't wait for their next big event!! Kenny, the owner, said that he will be hosting a fight party for Canelo Verses Golovkin fight on September 16th. Man will this be a good one!

Tried this place out the other day with my friend Charles Mckee. Food was amazing! The fried chicken perfect, not greasy at all, with a light breading that was thin but perfectly seasoned. Smothered spare ribs were wonderful, fall-off-the-bone tender, lots of meat, brown gravy lightly salted. The mac & cheese, O.M.G.!!! Best M&C I've ever had anywhere, so good it glows. Perfect golden color, real cheese, large elbow macaroni. The mashed potatoes were top-notch Southern and real potatoes. You could tell they were hand-mashed. I took home fried catfish with yams, red beans & rice, and colkard greens. Peach cobbler and sweet potato pie as well. Loved the catfish, corn-meal breading was just wonderful. I didn't get to try the chess pie, they were out. Next time...

They were closed , had a note on door you couldn't read. Another customer came by and called, The person said they will open next week.

The word delicious doesn't quite do Sunny Boys justice, come see for yourself.

The food was not that great. Mac and cheese was really mushy, collard greens taste like they were out of a can. No one can mess up fried chicken, but they DID! The service was terrible and very unprofessional, the owner and his staff and friends were in playing a card game through our entire ordeal there. The prices are ridiculous for the quality given 👎Will never give this buisness any more of my money. The place was clean though
