Rude customer service is bad , I was the only person in the store.i give the guy my order , maybe a minute or two,a lady enter the store ,she gives the guy her order, next thing I see is her sandwich is being made before my sandwich. Not happy. I ask the guy why are you making her sandwich. He tells me my sandwich takes longer. I will never spend my money at this store. April 27 ,2018

Great food but not so great service from one rude server (green shirt) Look kid I know what Mike's Way is, and I didn't want it. When someone wants to tell you what they want don't interrupt twice with "Like I said Mike's Way" It's a sandwich order, nothing major, so why the weird condessending tone. Worked in a deli four years during college, so I know it's not a big thing to let someone make their order personalized.

My family and I spent the night, Tuesday June 27th in Wilmington NC. We found your store on line and ordered 9 sandwiches. 2 of the 9 were correct the rest weren't even close like our BLT's came with only bacon on rolls, the chicken cheesesteak came with just meat and cheese, and the cheesesteak came with peppers and onion, and one of the meatballs should have had cheese.
 When I called the store I was told that the person on the phone made my sandwiches and read the order carefully and I must have ordered them wrong and he can prove it. He was wrong, your company sent me an email confirming what I actually ordered. When I found the Email I was going to show them but they closed at 8pm and I had to leave early in the morning. I find it sad when companies treat customers this way. We were only visiting but had a resident with us who knows how this company treats people and does not plan on ever ordering from you.

Food was good, employee rude (refused to help with rewards program), and dead roaches on the floor.
