I’ve called for 2 days now, once at 12 and once at 10. They close at 2 so 12 is a little late, but each time they have been out of Asiago bagels. This establishment needs to gear itself better for the needs of its customers through the posted hours......

Staff was friendly and helpful. The bagel sandwich was reasonably priced and made to perfection. Highly recommend to others.

Food is good but the store is managed horribly. Completely disorganized and took 30 minutes to get food... in that time I saw 2 ppl get the wrong order and have to wait even longer.

Just had a very bad experience at the Oleander location. We arrived at 1:15 with the intent to purchase 6 everything bagels. We were told, despite the fact they had over a dozen in the basket, that we couldn’t have 6. The girl up front asked someone, who I assume was the manager, and she was told that we could only have 3 everything and 3 of something else since they’re having a late rush. Not sure when that rush would be since they close in 45 minutes. This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. I’m a manager at a retail store and it makes no sense to not sell an item to the customer who’s there now so you can hold it for someone who might show up before you close in less than an hour. If they are saved for a specific order I could understand but they should have pulled them so it’s not on the floor for customers to see. Or if we had shown up closer to closing and they had been out of them, that makes sense because things are sold first come first serves. We will not be returning to this location and probably not the business in general. That’s terrible customer service and there’s no excuse.

They can get pretty crazy busy, and your wait time might be a while, so I hope your patient, and make sure you know what you want when you get in line, however the food is amazing! These have got to have some of the best bagels I've ever had! The folks behind the counter are pretty awesome! Just wish the line didn't actually go out the door lol, but I guess that's a good sign of good quality lol.
