Wife stopped to pick up a quick meal, came back and described the worst customer service and rudest staff member she has seen in years. The employee, in his 30s, started taking her order, then walked away as she was still ordering. Waited for him to come back, and eventually had to call out for him to return so she could complete her order, which he acted as if it was a huge inconvenience to him. He started wrapping up before even asking about veggies or other toppings. When ringing her up, she attempted to hand him her card and he just looked at her and pointed off to the side where there was a card reader. She slid her card and he snapped at her to answer the question before sliding. The question asked if she wanted to leave a tip, and at this point she declined. Seeing that, the guy threw the bag on the counter and walked away. Two subs (one a larger one) was $25. We'll go to subway or firehouse down the street next time.

On line order: Come in to pick up after 40 minutes for them to prepare, two girls standing doing nothing. My order wasn't even started. Blank looks back when I said it was an on line order. Then they want me to sign my receipt before they tell me that they hadn't started my order. They hand my food over 5 minutes later with another blank stare. I said they forgot the two brownies. Blank stare again and mumbled they only had one. Uh...I've already paid. Mumbled take two cookies then.. no apologies, no thanks. Just acted like they didn't really know what was going on. Never again...never.. My first experience with them and for sure the last. Zero hospitality... Got home and the subs were delicious. I would of been a repeat customer. A shame the staff ruined my experience.

Decent sandwich. Little pricer. They use a lot of vingear products. Sandwich was very vinegary flavor both times I have tried. Quality of the meats and product is good. Like the pepper relish.

I love this place always friendly with a smile on their face saying hello and very quick and getting your food out and to mention the food is excellent
