Never ever had an issue when I've been there. Staff is always super nice and helpful - even when people are extremely rude to them. Plus the hoagies are A1 - always a pleasant experience going in.
We planned to dine in but the bathrooms were closed to the public with a sign for employees only so we couldn’t wash our hands to eat. We were discussing the No bathroom when it was our turn. Since we didn’t answer with our order immediately she asked the next person l, who had just walked in, what they wanted. She never asked if we wanted lettuce or anything on our sandwich. Very poor costumer service.
This place rocks! Great sandwiches. Convenient location, fresh ingredients and the staff are always courteous. We go there often and they’ve catered for us as well. Highly recommended!
This was the best experience I've had at a Jersey Mikes. The staff demonstrated excellent customer service & thorough cleaned all surfaces when customers reported having gluten allergies & celiac diseas.Food: 5/5

First it's not a full service location, no "#19 BBQ Beef" and others. Second after placing my order before I receive my order I was asked to give a tip. You heard me right a tip. After spending almost $18, they wouldn't even be in my top 50 list and not meeting the expectation from the picture of the item to what I was given I would say save your money find somewhere else. Now my wife I'm sure she would love this place ,the sub cheesesteak was not heavy at all not a lot of meat and the bread was very light. Some might say I'm being a little harsh because I live in Philly but originally I'm from Baltimore and even in Baltimore There Are Places better than this place like Captain Harvey's.
Walked in to order a sandwich. There were four people working at the counter. No one acknowledged I was standing there. I waited patiently and two people walked in after me and were addressed immediately. Horrible services.
Sub makers are awesome and quick with the order and those subs are my go to for subsFood: 5/5
Very disappointing. Their giant isn't giant but priced so high. I asked for jalapeños and banana peppers and they put like 3 on the entire giant sub. The price was nearly 20 dollars. Go elsewhere where prices are half as much and don't screw you with the fixings.
It's Jersey Mike's. The service was good. The Lettuce, Tomato and Onions looked fresh. The staff were very polite. I must have come in after a busy time because the three staff member's uniforms from their aprons to their visors looked like it. The self serve soda fridge needed restocking so I opted out of a Rootbeer or Vanilla Soda because they were out and I just missed the last one from three customers ahead of me.‍
