AWEFUL I have been going to this location since it has been opened. The crew at the pumps was the best in town. Slowly, it went down. The short white guy in glasses is extremely rude to color people. You can see the hate in him just with his body language. He would say hello to all white people and if you are not white he would say “ yes, how much” .. it happened not once multiple times with the same guy. I even showed him to my kids and told them not to be ever like him … my 13 year old son smart boy instantly read the rude guy’s behavior and said “ seem like he doesn’t like his job, so mean to customers”. Well I have enough chances to this location but NO MORE. All my friends and family about 30-40 families in the area stopped going this place. We go to robbinsville or rt 33 location. You will meet the nice staff there . “It’s just my observation, customers don’t deserve racism” - be kind to humanity

When I opened the box, this is what I found. Who makes a sandwich like this? It was the new chicken sandwich and it was nothing but scraps of chicken and lettuce, and some of the scraps were scooped up off the counter and thrown on top of the bread. If you can't make a simple sandwich, culinary service is not in your future.
quality of food has gone way down. made half-a** as well, I hate to say it. if you’re going to serve food for those prices, make it decent. Also, very disappointed in wawa for letting employees go maskless already, especially those making food. After this pandemic, it should be required that all personnel making food need to wear a mask and hair net.
every time I go to this wawa, they always mess up my order. Usually they just forget mayo on my hoagie which isn’t a big deal, but last night, I ordered an Italian hoagie and picked multiple toppings. Once I got home and opened my sandwich, there was literally nothing on it, just turkey on bread! I also ordered one of the speciality hot chocolates and they called my number and it was a frozen drink! I’m so unhappy with my experience there yesterday.
Usual Wawa you expect since their food and drinks pretty much same across the board throughout all branches. Bought Wake Up Mocha with extra coffee - my recent favorite hot drink. It comes from that hot drink machine. Usually pretty good. This time it us watered down disgusting liquid almost just hot water. Wawa has gotta check on them
One of the most staffed Wawa deli's I've seen in the area yet it's always filled with lazy teenagers too busy talking about their sex lives while their screen is 10+ orders back. Super unprofessional. Clearly management is non existent here.
Another Wawa with less than minimally trained cashiers. AVOID if time restricted. Nice yes. Competent NO. Not a clue about the long line observing...
This store always have long wait time getting gas in peak hours. They’re supply on food and drink item always run out. The workers there are very nice.
Extremely rude clerks who make unnecessary comments about valid licenses when buying tobacco products. Absolute unprofessional behavior.
