UPDATE:  feel free to read the original review below. I did not have a productive or helpful conversation initially.  With a co-workers encouragement,  I called again, and this time the person I talked to was immediately willing to help.  They offered to provide me a free replacement the next day, which is today and they honored that- even included the cookie.  Sometimes you just get someone who is not interested in working with someone with a legitimate concern. I'm glad I called again.  I've changed my review.  Original post: I had a very simple order.  The toasted steak and White cheddar sandwich.  I did delivery, which of course was quite a bit more expensive.   It has only THREE ingredients- Steak, cheese, and the pickled onions which I particularly love.  The sandwich came without the onions and when I called, the only thing they were willing to do was give me a free cookie next time I ordered.  I won't be ordering again, and I will recommend no one in my office does either. If a mistake is made, clearly they don't do anything to rectify it.

Love this Panera in WPB, Village Commons. It’s impeccably clean, the staff is very friendly, helpful and quick. Food is fresh and delicious and orange scones are amazing! Check it out!

Over the past couple months, I've had 3 orders of Greek salad. The first order was an hour late, the second order was okay, and now the third order has missing ingredients in the salad.  I have to give this location a failing grade. I will avoid them in the future.  UPDATE: Months later, I'm in the mood for a Greek salad and I call in an order. I took a quick check inside the bag and drove home. I open up the package and start putting the salad together. When I cut open the Greek peppers I noticed that they're brown inside. Then I look at the two dressing containers, and one of them is not a Greek vinaigrette dressing. Not sure what it was.  I drove back to the store and returned the salad. The manager would not give me a receipt for a refund, but did offer to give me a credit for another meal. I guess that I have to contact Google Pay, to stop payment.

Visit this morning for something quick. Ordered my soufflé with Hailey smiling face. She quickly placed my order, asked me for my name, directed me towards the pickup counter for my made to order sandwich. I ordered the house special hot chocolate and the green smoothie for my husband. The cleanliness of the restaurant, quick ordering process, warm and inviting space made me stay to eat in and watch the beautiful birds outside. I enjoy Panera 2-4 times a week working a 9-5. This location is the best by far until my sandwich order was given away, I had to ask for my cookie and drinks as if I were forgotten, and given another sandwich immediately. Overall great experience.

Zero stars. Ordered a chicken Cesar salad with tomatoes and few other toppings.  Got lettuce , crutons and a balsamic dressing. Called to ask for a replacement or refund as i payed extra for all the toppings AND CHICKEN. And they left me on hold for 17 minutes… hung up after that. Never going back to this location.

Worst service ever.  Need a whole new staff. Manager lets staff run wild.  Smoke weed in the back. When are they going to shut this place down? It’s dirty and the slowest customer service in the world.

worst service ever!!! every time i try to order here it’s a joke.  I’ve seen so many people just walk out because of the service. Don’t waste your time. I don’t know if it’s a lack of staff or a lack of training but something needs to be done.

I have gone to Panera bread numerous times in the past several months that I have gone I have noticed that it is overwhelming for employees on Panera bread’s team it takes 45 minutes for any order between the time it opens until 1130  The team leader or shift manager name lady is unequipped to lead she hides in the back or she will just act like she’s busy with her team is overwhelmed and it’s not getting assistance from her  Lady does not step up!!! Someone else needs to come in and help organize on time because it’s ridiculous!  The food is still good and delicious You need to hire more if that’s the case But I was real disappointed when it comes to higher management not putting in the effort to do better

The best Panera bread I’ve ever been to! One of the managers I believe named Carla was amazing! Made sure I got my food in a timely manner, came to my table to make sure i enjoyed the food and if she could do anything else to make my experience a better one! Thank you Carla!

I miss the old days of Panera when they had sufficient sandwich options. I tried the chicken avocado sandwich and it reminded me of canned chicken slopped on a very nice piece of bread; no tomatoes or lettuce :/ overpriced place. A brownie costs $4 lol I was struggling to find a way to spend a $15 gift card
