We are visiting from out of town and this morning was the first time visiting this cute shop! The energy with the two girls working was great, very friendly and sweet. So cute and clean. Definitely going to be our go to breakfast stop when we visit again!!
Incredibly unprofessional staff. As we were waiting in line with 5 other people for a good 10 minutes at this point, the staff were blatantly complaining about customers in front of customers and were arguing amongst themselves and threatening each other! This behavior should never be presented in front of a group of customers. When the couple in front of us asked who can take their order finally, the staff member with the long braids stated rudely stated that she will not assist until the rest of the people waiting for their order get theirs first. Three people working the counter and no one can take orders? We didn’t even order. Just walked out after seeing how this establishment is run. Do better.
Service was great, food was delicious as always. I recommend their lattes as long as they don't serve it tapid because that was the case last time. Great seating arrangement, outdoor area is spacious enough for a breakfast fast food cafe.
Employees here don't have an idea of what customer service is all about, especially who I believe is the lady in charge. There are order numbers printed on the receipt which they don't use , when I asked if that was my order telling them my number the lady in charge screamed " there is not order numbers, you gotta know what you ordered" . I guess she really does not want to be working there... she is miserable.
Today I placed a HUGE order for my company, with specific order details, yet once I got my order filled and brought back for my Co-Workers, I found out that my ENTIRE order was incorrect. I ordered the GOURMET bagels but instead got the REGULAR bagels. There is a decent price difference between the two, and seeing how I did not receive what I asked for, I complained to the staff there only to be told THERE IS NOTHING THAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT IT. No kind of sympathy or effort shown to reconcile this travesty. I would NOT recommend this location nor Einstein Bagel for the lack of customer service and lack of attention to detail. #EINSTEINDOBETTERBEBETTER
The food is awesome. The customer service is terribly rude. I use to love going there on my days off. I swear there was nothing better than having a Einstein sandwich and taking a nap afterwards. Aww the memories. Now I just have my breakfast at Starbucks within the same plaza Disclaimer: It was one stubborn cook who decided it was OK to yell at me and his fellow employee. The other customers felt so embarrassed having to witness his temperament that they allowed me to skip the entire line instead of waiting for another 45 minutes to reorder what he missed.
I ordered a small coffee and the cashier charged me for a medium. When asked why the cashier stated “we don’t have small” I asked “then why is it displayed on the board”. Another staff member inserted herself into the conversation by restating that they only sell M & L with a demeaning tone. Because of their inability to explain to me why I have to be forced into paying for another size I cancelled my order and suggested that next time they make customers aware of this inconvenience prior to charging them. The staff member who was not originally apart of the conversation proceeded to tell me “goodbye and happy thanksgiving” while rolling her eyes and not solving the problem with her demeaning tone. NEVER again!
Best bagels in town. Always fresh, and great combos. I love the Asiago cheese bagel with spinach’s and mushrooms on top. Super delicious. I go there all the time. Hands down best bagels in the area. Also the staff is super friendly the service is fast and easy, even the clients are friendly. Everything is perfect.
The Texas brisket with added avocado Just the right everything
Ordered 3 items. Latte was water down coffee. The hashbrown was room temperature outside, frozen in the inside and bagel barely had cream cheese. Never again.
