I had the Philly cheese steak combo meal. The sandwhich was very good. The regular size was plenty big and the ingredients tasted very fresh. The restaurant was clean and the customer service was good. The restrooms were clean and well maintained. I was there on 9-19-17.

We typically love Jersey Mike's so while travelling we decided to stop at this location for supper. It was a few minutes before 8pm when we walked in (they close at 9:00). We placed our order and waited for it to be made... all the while the young woman who seemed to be in charge was telling the other workers to go ahead and start putting away the meats and take the phone off the hook to prepare for closing (an hour away). I asked if we were there too late and she just said that they always pack up around this time. I didnt think much more about it until all the employees started gathering at the cash register to divide up tips which ended up taking quite awhile. Then they were sidetracked and couldn't keep our order straight because they were so busy trying to leave. On top of this, my daughter's meatballs were taken from the refrigerator but apparently not heated because they were still cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. My daughter said the sandwich didn't taste right and made her feel sick (We were already gone when we realized this and didn't have time to go back.) I don't know if this is commonplace at this Jersey Mike's or not but I hope the management will look into this issue before they start getting a bad reputation. I do want to add that the workers were friendly- they just needed some adult supervision.

I was nearby and decided to check this location out. First let me say that the service was great. Second to none. Ordered my usual giant roast beef. It was made as good as any sub but... Seems to me the length of the giant is now shorter then usual at the same price. Also seemed like less meat was put on it as well and when I mentioned it to the meat slicer he informed me this was a normal portion. The roast beef turned out to be very dry as well. I assume this is because it was well done with no pink in it. Normally I eat 3/4 of the giant sub and save the rest for later. Not today. I ate the whole thing and this tells me either things have changed in the way this sub is made or this particular location does not give you the food you should normally get for the money. Guess they have to make extra profit somehow. I may give this location another try but it's doubtful.
