Food is good but the rest not so much. The floor was sticky the tables filthy the employee that took my order and gave me my food looked like she needed to be sent home for a shower. If they let the front of the house look this nasty what dose the kitchen look like. lf their are any health inspectors that read reviews go have a look at the zaxbys in Hopkinsville KY

Bottom line up front, the food is mediocre to terrible and the people currently working here are racist towards Caucasians.  Passing through on a long drive, we decided to stop by for a chicken sandwich.  When attempting to order at the drive through, the speaker was broken which probably led to some confusion about our order.  Every other word read back to us came through.  When we got to the window, we paid and received a receipt.  I noticed they did not include both drinks we ordered.  I let the cashier know and asked for another drink handing him my credit card to pay for it.  He refused the card with a slight attitude in his voice.  When the window shut, I noticed he talked to what I think was his manager when she (manager) mouthed the words, "They think they can get a free drink because they're white."  He then handed us our drink.  End story: fries were soggy; chicken was mediocre for Zaxby's in general.  Service was timely.  Unless these issues are fixed, I recommend choosing a different chicken sandwich place if possible.

First and last time here.  Placed order and took over 25 minutes.  Food quality definitely worth the wait.  Unfortunately some food was not hot and the celery was frozen.
