Probably the worst McDonald's I have ever eaten, don't eat in hopkinsville for the fast food it's like this everywhere. I have given them several tries to make sure it wasn't a fluke in the food that night, but ever single time the food is nasty,flavorless, or burnt. Lots of times the order is wrong or missing things and the food is a disgrace. The fries are soggy, the food is cold, somehow they even messed up the ice cream cones, the shamrock shakes were even a disappointment on saint patties day. Just don't eat here you'll be disappointed. .

Pulled up around 3 a.m. and nobody answered the drive through, and We couldn't find anyone inside, So we called and they answered their phone. Then we went through the drive through again, and this lady came to the window and was very rude, would give zero stars if possible.

Nice of them to let employees enjoy the eclipse. Was a nice place to stop and eat while waiting for it.

They can't never get an order right! Who forgets to put cheese on a cheeseburger or who forgets half your order in the bag. This restaurant does. Yet they won't 15 bucks and hour. Yall can't even do your job right.
