I've been a customer with State Farm in Forest Lake for almost 30 years, and I can't say enough good about this agency.  The customer service and responsiveness has always been exceptional, and it gives me a great deal of comfort in knowing that I have such a wonderful group of people taking care of my insurance needs.  In addition to their fine service, State Farm has always proven to be a reliable partner, always quick to respond and pay claims.  I have my home and car insured with State Farm, and I would highly recommend this agency to anyone needing insurance.

We have been customers with State Farm - Forest Lake for more than 25 years and have never experienced anything less than EXCEPTIONAL service.  The whole staff is incredibly knowledgeable, personable and helpful. It is apparent their number one priority is...US!  We recently purchased two vehicles. As they were switching coverage from our old vehicles let us know about State Farm Bank - which ended up offering us a lower percentage rate, plus gap coverage (which the other loans did not include).  The researching and processing of the loans was done thoroughly and quickly and we were well-informed along the way. This is just one example of the many many ways they have taken care of us for more than 25 years.

in 10+ years I've only ever had good experiences with the Forest Lake State Farm office.  They are knowledgeable, responsive, and very personable.  I would highly recommend his office.

I can't say how long I've been with State Farm, but I do know it has been many years, and they've all been great years.  Their rates are the most competitive, complimented by top notch service (thank you Andrea, Connie & the rest of the gang).  It's not to say that I haven't shopped around everyone once in a while, but every time that I have, I only ended up being reminded that I am in great, and fair, hands!

My husband & I have been with Johnson Agency for many years. Never a question unanswered or problem unsolved!  A very friendly & knowledgeable staff.  Even a great receptionist who always remembers my husband's name. It doesn't get any better than this.  State Farm insures our home, business, vehicles & boat.
