Tried to order online, they took money out of my account and never showed up. Don’t bother wasting your time, order from somewhere else. They don’t care, takes 3 days to get a refund, awful customer service. Hot garbage. White trash. What a joke.

Ordered pizza online and it gave me a 60 minute wait. After over an hour passes by, I called the store. Had to call them 10 times before someone picked up. It took them 2 hours to deliver the pizza and they didn’t even offer any kind of refund or discount. When the pizza did arrive the driver didn’t even know where they were going and the pizza was absolutely cold and disgusting. Terrible service, management, and quality.

Bad management experience we received the wrong pizza I️ caught the driver who came back 10 min later stating I‎t was a mix up well pie had been handled by some one else toppings and cheese off the pie . Pie was was cold and frankly disgusting. Calls to manager first offered to knock off 20 of the thirty spent period. No dinner I‎t is not edible we’re done

Every time I order from this location the pizza is very late and often times cold. If I call to check on the delivery time after an hour has gone by, they are usually rude. I ordered a pizza over an hour ago today and it was supposed to be here by now. Still no pizza and it won’t do me any good to call.

Ordered online and was given a 60 minute delivery time. Called a little after ordering since it was my first time to just check everything went through and to confirm the delivery time. The guy on the phone confirmed said my pizza would be delivered within the given time frame. It seemed a bit long for a Thursday evening but I totally understood. After more than an hour had gone by I called again to try and figure out where my pizzas were and a very rude woman informed me that it would be an hour and a half and that the delivery guy was just leaving. the pizza cold when it was finally delivered and the service is flat out horrible. I will never go to this Jets again.
