I had gone to pick up food for my elderly grandfather and myself and my young child.  When I arrived there was already 5 people waiting. I waited roughly 5 minutes before my order was taken. I get it, staff can get busy and backed up.  I ordered just a plain hamburger, the double cheese burger combo, a small strawberry shake and a small cup of ice cream for my son. This came to a whopping $16.00! I can the same amount of food for less at McDonald's. 

So once my order is placed two of the men who had been waiting asked to cancel their order due to the long wait time. Granted about 10 minutes had passed at this point. They got their order about 10 minutes after that. 

I waited 45, yes 45 minutes before my order was ready. And then when I go to pick it up it's wrong. He charged me for an extra combo I didn't order, and the only item that was correct was the shake and plain burger. 
They offered to remake it but at that point I had already been over charged (Didn't even bother to offer a refund on what they had over charged me) and I'd already waited 45 minutes. Who knows how long making the correct order would have taken. 

I'm an assistant general manager at a restaurant, I've been in the business for over 20 years. I understand being short staffed. This was poor management, is there even a manager or supervisor on duty for each shift? This was poor training, this guy didn't even know the menu or how to properly ring them in.  This was all around HORRIFIC guest service.

Horrible service. Waited over 25 min on a early Wednesday afternoon for a sundae and blizzard- only 2 customers ahead of us. They had to reload the ice cream machine and the blizzard was a melted mess. My sundae wasn't much better. The store is worn and not clean. Total waste of $8! Gave 1 star because the staff was friendly..

I'd give them zero Stars if that was an option because it said they open at 11 a.m. and it was 11:10 and the doors weren't open and nobody was moving around to open the door or explain why they aren't open yet. Seems like management needs to look at hiring some people that are reliable to open a store on time.

I thought dairy queen was a fine establishment but I personally think that the bathroom was trash honestly but the food was cool. Honestly that shouldn't have been $11

Soft serve machine broken for my 1st visit. Icee machine broken for my 2nd visit. Prices on Dilly bars 25% higher than the DQ I normally frequent.
