My favorite Jewel ever. I gave up on Jewel all together until I stopped into this location for milk. Now I stop in at least twice a week for groceries. I will only come to this one though. The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. The store is super clean and the produce is always beautiful. I've never had a single complaint in two years of coming here

This store consistently has terrible bagging. Just today they put my croissants my hot dog buns and peaches in the bottom of a bag and put glass and cans on top. When I arrived home I'll find my items smashed this happens often beware. The cashiers mainly appear pretty rude and don't really care about the quality like they would at the items were their own.

Like shopping for the things i can't find at Aldi here. A few problems though. One is staffing. On the last few trips there, checkout took forever, because they only had a few lanes open and only one person working the express checkout. Another issue, when you get a coupon for a free item in the monopoly game, and you can't find it in store, not even a shelf tag where it should be. Employees have always been good and helpful, just not enough of them.

This Jewel is my go to store. The fruit and meats are fresh. The offer many organic choices for fruits/veggies and their meat selection has the same free range/organic selections. The beer/alcohol is also well stock and boast a large variety of craft beers and wine. I love how they tag all their locally stocked items!

I like Jewel stores, generally. I have had very good service at the New Lenox location.
