This company, the owner, and his store manager at the reno location are terrible! We put a $1000 deposit down on a $7000 diamond for an engagement ring that they have not provided certification paperwork on and now they refuse to give us our money back! This company is not trustworthy, do not waste ur money here! The diamond could be fake, and I will never know because I never saw paperwork on it after asking them multiple times and them telling us they will email it and then they changed their story and said we can't see the certificate until the full purchase is made! These people are liars and crooks!

These people use scare tactics to force you into putting down a dwposit that they will do anything to take from you. Will not provide any paperwork for me and now i have to go to court!  Company is terrible!

I bought an engagement ring from this place and they could not give me a certificate of authenticity for the diamond. They kept assuring me that it will be mailed to me eventually. It took 2 months of haggling for them to give me a certificate/report which looked like a print out from google email. Never buy diamond rings from this store. Horrible service.
