I hope you pay attention. I paid cash for a women Movato watch for an anniversary gift. I asked to have the watched sized the same day as the purchase but they advised me to bring it back with my Wife to ensure the size was perfect (seemingly good advice right?!). Once I brought the watch and the Wife back to the store, they had no idea how to change the links! I was told it needed to be sent out. WHY ask me to bring it back and not have the expertise to handle in onsite?! (2 weeks later...) No call as promised when the watch was supposed to be back in the store and NO ONE knew how to set the watch! Its a WATCH!! PLEASE see someone else. This entire team is a nightmare and I am a totally reasonable person.

Today I spent 50 minutes inside Kay jewlers watching hazel help out other people. I came I for a return of a ring which takes a simple 5 minutes. This lady didn't tell us sorry for the wait, or anything. Just just watched us stand around the store. The other man in the store was actually helping out another customer but this lady did not look like she wanted to help us. Terrible customer service. If you're trying to find a ring try a pawn shop because the people there will actually help you. Also I confronted her about this at the end and she ended up bitching me out telling me how I'm wrong. I asked for the managers number and she just gave me the store card. Hazel is rude and inconsiderate. She told me I was rude. If you're not gonna have customer service go work at somewhere where you don't need to talk to people!

The best jewelry store ever. Ethical, conflict-free. This place has integrity. Where else can you get such a selection, quality on top of being a socially responsible, compassionate business? It's even founded by a couple who experienced the challenge firsthand. Kay Jewelers!

Just picked out my dream ring from here. The people who work here are very honest, courteous, attentive and accommodating. I've been to many jewelry stores and the service here stands out by far. Very happy a friend suggested I check them out! Will be telling all my friends about them also.

Usually i love shopping at K but this particular location the employers are rude and not so helpful. K has definitely lost a valued customer
