I like shopping at this store.  It's convenient and has good merchandise available at a reasonable price.  On sales or is even better priced.  It is in my opinion better stocked and merchandise than the Macy's store in the same mall. The only quibble I have is with the shoe section, it's usually in disarray.

They lost my online order and then when I asked for my money back they never refunded my money. I have been on the phone trying to get ahold of this store and no one answers the phone .. the phone will ring for 5+ minutes

This is a small store, but it's still a great store. Love the variety of merchandise. The staff could use some improvement. Not many registers were open, which in turn caused long lines.

Very bad customer service bad attitude associates and supervisors, if you want to return an item or exchange it they give a hard and they treat as a thief it happened to me today early after from the Philippinos female cashier and the supervisor I think her name is Vivian.
