Story

JFDI’s founder, Amir Marmar, created this company because he noticed a shortage of talented accounting professionals in the US market. Through consistent hard work over the past 15 years in a corporate setting, Amir attained a CFO level position at his last job. As CFO, Amir has seen many accounting professionals come his way. These individuals ranged from low level to high level employees and most of them seemed to lack the ability to consistently produce accurate results. Also, on several occasions Amir discovered internal fraud and theft which really went against his morals. He is now committed to growing JFDI Accountants utilizing his true traits: accuracy, timeliness, honesty, loyalty and an overall positive attitude.

JFDI Accountants is focused on becoming the premier solution for your outsourced accounting and payroll needs. The culture at JFDI is all about providing our customers with accurate financial results and delivering them in a timely fashion. In addition, we work extremely hard in catering to each client’s specific needs while building long term relationships. A service that goes above and beyond. When you're using JFDI you get way more than just book keeping or payroll. You have something that watches your back and proactively helps you with financial/business needs. They're always looking to find additional ways to provide more value. I recommend JFDI to all my friends because I can't imagine running a company without them. They just allow for such great peace of mind on the back office so I can focus on growing the business.

I have had some bad experiences with accountants and tax preparers. That was until I met Amir and his company JFDI Accountants. I first met him when he gave a short presentation at a startp event in Orange County. He was sponsoring the event, and the name of his company caught my attention. JFDI. I didn't know what the stood for, and when I found out, I thought to myself, HOW COOL is that. When it comes to my own finances and taxes, I seem to do anything but "just do it." I always wait till the last minute, I have a hard time finding things, and I get super stressed out. When I met Amir, I told him this, and he smiled, put his hand on my shoulder and said, "Let me help." And I said, "Okay." And that is how it started. I have so many wonderful things to say about my experiences with Amir and JFDI. His guidance has saved me thousands of dollars, and now accounting and taxes don't really stress me out. That is because when I have a question, I email, text or call Amir and he helps me figure it out. For entrepreneurs like me, it is so important to have strong accounting. But for entrepreneurs like me, who do not seem to have the strength to do my accounting, JFDI is a massive problem solver. If you get stressed about your book keeping and need someone to guide you through all the ins and outs, look no further, contact Amir, and have his team help you get things done. A final thought I wanted to share is how authentic, kind and caring the people are at JFDI. I feel less like a customer, and feel more like they are my friends helping me out. After working with Amir for a while, I have never met an accounting professional who's displayed such a sincere amount of authenticity. While managing to provide in-depth financial knowledge and insight, deliver remarkable and punctual results when most needed, he also continues to show his capabilities when solving other intricate problems. Beyond your business and accounting needs, he's a genuine individual to work with who is dedicated to your success, truly providing an unprecedented level of value. He is all about people, which is what truly matters in business, and why he's such a great person to work with.

As a company founder, I want the best service. Finding the right accounting firm has been a difficult journey for me. Once I started working with Amir at JFDI, my peace of mind went up drastically. You can trust that they're there and that everything is accurate. I highly recommend JFDI accountants to any tech business.

Amir and the JFDI team are truly incredible. They definitely live up to their company name. Amir is constantly going above and beyond what any normal accounting business would do. Amir's attention to detail and transparency has saved our startup thousands. He always tries to make himself available and is very receptive to feedback. Long Lee, one of Amir's associates, is also very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I wasn't satisfied with my previous accounting providers, but thankfully I was referred to Amir. With his help, I can finally focus on my business and product effectively. I know he always has my company's best interest in mind and will do what it takes to keep us on track. I cannot recommend JFDI enough.
