Oren has done a lot of complicated tax planning and preparation for me.  He is extremely thorough and researches the best way to handle many situations.  I would recommend him to anyone ranging from a simple to a large complicated tax scenario like mine.  He is highly ethical and will save you all the money possible without putting you at risk of an audit.
