William has over 14 years of experience in taxation specializing in real estate, small to medium sized businesses, and not-for-profit entities. Prior to starting his practice, he spent several years at a national accounting firm where he serviced real estate owners and operators, land developers and high-net-worth individuals. William frequently consults on issues concerning choice of entity considerations, capital gains planning for real property sales, multi-state operations, and Section 199 Domestic Production Activities Deduction.
He is active in professional and trade associations, including the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
William earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Davis, and is currently finishing his Master of Business Taxation at USC’s Marshall School of Business.
