The best manager! But be careful! Workers are looking to to take advantage and make you pay more for services you don't need. All respect to manager with glasses and beard.

Came in to get my brakes done and was told by Karla it would be 45min to one hour. Ended up waiting over an hour and a half. I wish Karla would have been honest with me so I could have gone home instead of spending nearly 2 hours sitting around. Watching about 5 people come in after me and leave. They really only do oil changes here. If you come in for brake pad replacement then they will do all of the oil changes before you and you will wait until they have nothing else to do but your brakes

My experience with this Jiffy Lube was quite good. The waiting room was comfortable and the restroom was very clean; a fresh pot of coffee was made for me as I waited; plus, there is a picnic table with umbrella if you choose to wait outside.  They have excellent staffing - they serviced quite a few customers in the time I was there. Everyone was in and out without any hassle. As for my service, my car required the 50,000 mile "everything you can think of," which they completed quickly and efficiently. They even installed FOR FREE two air filters that I had bought myself off of Amazon and brought with me. They also vacuumed the car, which was quite nice.  I recommend this location and will come here again.
